Leg 1 Start - Lands End!

Left Lands End on 30th of May headed up the A30 in rain with a NE wind breeze of about 12 to 15 mph. I was absolutely soaking wet for the whole 12 hours of riding. At Three Burrows I stopped to grab a cappuccino at Starbucks, when I walked through the door and I was offered a cappuccino on the house and to stand under the heater at front door so I could get warm and dry off a little. So kind of them. At the end of the day I got to Camelford where the Holts from warm showers organisation hosted me. They provided me with a lovely warm bed, tea, dinner and conversation. A lovely couple whi really looked after me.
